[comment_content] => I noticed this on Instagram after I awakened at the moment and mainly ran downstairs to the kitchen to make them 😀 They turned out very well, numerous gingerbread-y taste with out being too candy. I did make a few modifications:
– I used half entire wheat flour and half common all function. I didn’t have pastry flour, however they weren’t robust or chewy.
– I used oat milk and ghee as my non dairy milk and oil, respectively
– Once I make “common” pancakes I all the time go away some lumps and streaks of flour, then let the batter relaxation for 10 minutes earlier than I prepare dinner it to let the rising agent (baking powder) do it’s factor. I did that right here as properly and I feel that helped with making them additional fluffy.
I received 7 pancakes utilizing about 1/3 cup every of batter. Two every was lots for me & my associate for breakfast, so I’ve wrapped and frozen the remaining for breakfast this week! Thanks, Bold Kitchen!

They’re splendidly fluffy and the nice and cozy spices make these the right cozy winter breakfast.
