College of California invitations younger adults to destress with 10-day mindfulness program


The College of California Middle for Local weather, Well being, and Fairness invitations younger adults and college students nationwide to affix a digital 10-day “Stress Break” led by skilled mindfulness academics.

Hosted by the UC Local weather Resilience Initiative, this system options co-directors Elissa Epel (UCSF), Philippe Goldin (UCD), and Jyoti Mishra (UCSD), together with visitor audio system Justin Michael Williams, Cheryl Shah, Anthony “T” Maes, and Diana Hill.

Periods will run on weekdays from Februar y 24 to March 7, from 7:30 to eight:00 p.m. PST. Every day explores a unique theme, together with mindfulness of feelings, deep listening, social connection, and self-compassion.
