Sunday exercise:75-95 minutes of average operating, with a ten to 12 minute hilly part in the midst of the run or close to the very finish. Please cooldown afterwards.
Hydrate and stretch. At all times hydrate.
Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and browse them daily. Goals are fulfilled by onerous work!
