Substances
- 2 small candy potatoes, sliced into fries
- ¼ tsp olive oil
- 2 skinless rooster breasts, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 egg, flippantly overwhelmed
- 4 crackers, crushed
Technique
- Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gasoline 6.
- Put the sliced candy potato on a baking tray, drizzle over the olive oil, season flippantly and bake within the oven for 40 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the egg and water in a bowl.
- Put the crushed crackers in a shallow dish.
- Take a spoonful of chopped rooster and gently dip into the egg combine then roll within the crackers till flippantly coated and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for the final quarter-hour together with the candy potato chips till cooked by and golden brown.
