- 12 hen sausages
- 1 massive onion, chopped
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- ¾ tin baked beans
- 1 tin blended beans
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 1 tsp blended herbs
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 750ml hen or vegetable inventory
- 2-3 sliced potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 180°C 180°C/350°F/Gasoline 4.
- Place the sausages in a pan with the oil and fry for round 5-10 minutes over a medium warmth.
- Add the chopped onion and soften for a couple of minutes.
- Add all the opposite components aside from the potatoes to the pot with the sausage and onion, ensuring the inventory covers the greens.
- Place the slices of potato excessive of the opposite components to cowl.
- Place the pot within the oven (with out the lid) for round 60 minutes or till the potatoes are browning and smooth.
TIPS AND TWEAKS
Swap the potatoes for candy potatoes for an additional bang of color and fibre.
