I added a lemon and rosemary sprigs within the cavity which gave it a pleasant trace of lemon. I didn’t have a brush to unfold the butter &garlic so I simply used my fingers and it labored properly! When it got here to spreading the juices midway via cooking I obtained artistic with utensils.
