4 giant eggs
4 egg whites
1 lb asparagus
1 giant baking potato, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350 levels F.
