Farah Naz has been instructing yoga since 2009. As a younger little one born and raised in a Turkish-Armenian immigrant household in New York Metropolis, her private expertise was deeply impressed and outlined by exploring stability and the place “the world is simply too full to speak about. Concepts, language, even the phrase one another, Doesn’t make any sense.” (Rumi). The town’s rhythm was a wealthy and omnipresent one. If untended, it may simply overshadow one’s personal. Her lessons combine parts of meditation, yoga asana, and dynamic motion with an extra focus exploring private breath and rhythm patterns, self-massage, music, readings and poetry. Farah is obsessed with her household & motherhood, nature, homemaking, city homesteading, slow-living and environmental sustainability. She is a Registered Yoga Instructor (E-RYT-200, YACEP), Well being Coach, and American Purple Cross Water Security Teacher & Lifeguard.
